Saturday Tunes

I felt like doing some uplifting songs today


I have a soft spot for Morcheeba and her sweet optimism.

More harmony! Careful though. Too much Polyphonic Spree and you'll end up sounding like the label on a Doctor Bronner's soap bottle. I guess there are worse things.


One of my favorite Peter Gabriel songs of all time: 



I love the sweetness of both the song and the lyrics in this one.


And maybe what the world needs is to be held until we calm down and accept each other. I wish it were that simple. Still, it's a nice idea. 


I like this one for the metaphor. Also, because you wouldn't imagine a big man being able to move so gracefully. It's a beautiful sight.



And finally, The Squalb. I bet you didn't know you had one of those. They're pretty quick, so you could be forgiven for never having seen one.
